The Upshur County Business Center is now the home of the Upshur County Development Authority and the center of some of our exciting recent development efforts.

The Upshur County Business Center is located just off Corridor H as you approach Buckhannon. Having previously housed a regional utility and a regional Internet services company, it has 23,000 total square feet of prime office space on three floors. A total of 67 offices & training/conference area/storage rooms are in the facility. The historic Center (first built in 1850) is beautifully situated on almost 7 acres on a small knoll overlooking the valley. Not only is it scenic, but it is high tech. Broadband service is available as well as reduntant power.
