The Upshur County Development Authority Industrial Park is located just off Corridor H to the east of Buckhannon. One hundred forty acres are available for development. The site features City of Buckhannon water and sewer service, electricity from Allegheny Power and natural gas from Dominion Hope. Rail service is via A & O / CSX.
